Team USA's Maya DiRado triggered a significant upset after winning a surprise gold medal in the women's 200m backstroke at the pool in Rio.
Hungary's Katinka Hosszu was longing for a 4th gold in the pool, However it was not to be and she needed to settle for the silver. Hosszu, called as 'The Iron Lady' had actually won the 100m backstroke, the 200m individual medley as well as the 400m
